This committee plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) for IRS‑registered nonprofit organizations.

The Property Acquisition Task Force (PATF) is seeking thoughtful, detail‑oriented volunteers to help StarlitePhi identify and evaluate potential properties for our future retreat center.

Volunteers in this role assist with essential clerical tasks such as preparing and distributing Board meeting agendas, recording and organizing minutes, managing official correspondence, and maintaining StarlitePhi’s document retention systems.
