Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all StarlitePhi retreats, programs, and events unless otherwise stated.

 

1. Participant Cancellations

Refunds or credits depend on the timing of cancellation:

• • More than 30 days before the retreat: Full refund.
  • 15–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund or full credit toward a future retreat
  • 14 days or fewer before the retreat: No refund; credit may be offered at StarlitePhi’s discretion and for a Bonafide reason.

 

2. No‑Show Policy

Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

3. StarlitePhi‑Initiated Cancellations

If StarlitePhi must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to:

• • • Teacher illness
    • Weather or natural events
    • Facility issues
    • Emergencies
    • Insufficient enrollment

If StarlitePhi Cancels the Retreat:
On rare occasions, StarlitePhi may need to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment. If StarlitePhi cancels the retreat, all participants will receive a 100% refund of the retreat fee. This refund applies only to fees paid directly to StarlitePhi. StarlitePhi cannot reimburse travel expenses, lodging costs, or any other personal arrangements made by participants.

Notification Timeline:
If a retreat is at risk of cancellation due to low enrollment, StarlitePhi will notify registered participants no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date.

Participants will receive:

• • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer to another retreat

StarlitePhi is not responsible for travel, lodging, or personal expenses.

 

4. Transfers

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another retreat if space is available. Transfer fees may apply.

 

5. Donations

Donations made during registration are voluntary and non‑refundable.

 

6. Payment Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
