What you’ll do:

Build real pages and components for live nonprofit and spiritual-organization websites — not mockups, not busywork
Work across WordPress, WooCommerce, ad creative, and video editing depending on your strengths
Get direct, annotated feedback on everything you ship — every review is a lesson, not just a checkmark

What you’ll get:

Paid hourly, Florida minimum wage or above
A weekly 1:1 with the person actually running the agency — not a rotating manager, not a training video
A skill checklist that shows exactly what you can do at week 1 versus week 8
Portfolio-ready case studies from real, launched client work
A reference letter when you complete the term

What you’ll do:

Take on real client projects as an independent contractor, on your own schedule
Invoice per deliverable — no shift work, no clocking in
Build a track record inside a niche most designers never break into: nonprofit and spiritual-sector web work

What you’ll get:

Apprenticeship Opportunities

Build and refine real WordPress and WooCommerce sites for live client work — page layouts, responsive fixes, plugin configuration, and performance tuning. You’ll work inside real builder environments (Impreza/WPBakery, Elementor) and see how a production site actually gets put together, not just a demo template.

Create visual assets that follow a real brand system — icons, social graphics, ad creative, and layout work built to a defined style guide. Good ground for anyone who wants to learn how design decisions hold up under actual client constraints, not just personal projects.

Edit and produce video content for client and organizational use — trimming, pacing, captions, basic motion graphics. Real deliverables, real deadlines, feedback on what actually makes a cut work.

Help plan, build, and monitor ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads) and social content calendars. Learn how targeting, budget, and creative actually perform against real numbers — not theory.

Work on on-page SEO, site speed, caching, and technical cleanup (RankMath, LiteSpeed, Cloudflare). Good fit for anyone who wants the technical side of web work, not just the visual side.

Write and refine website copy, service descriptions, and messaging for real client sites. Learn how to write for conversion and clarity, not just style.
